How StockFlow handles information when you prepare images, connect an AI provider, activate a license or contact support.

1. Overview

This policy covers the StockFlow Chrome extension operated by Adnan Aziz and the StockFlow licensing and support services. StockFlow helps users prepare stock content through Google Flow, Canva, local AI upscaling and Adobe Stock metadata workflows.

Third-party websites and AI providers have their own terms and privacy policies. This policy describes StockFlow's handling of information and does not replace those policies.

2. Information we handle

  • Local extension information: settings, prompts, processing queues, progress, image and result references, relevant workflow URLs, activity logs, user-provided AI API keys and license/session information stored in Chrome extension storage.
  • Images and website content: selected local images and relevant images, text, links and metadata on supported websites, as needed for the workflow you request. StockFlow interacts with page controls to perform those tasks.
  • License and device information: your submitted license key, a generated installation identifier, device authentication material and session tokens. The licensing service receives device/browser information and a timezone identifier, and records IP addresses, activation and last-seen information, device status and license events. A timezone identifier is not GPS location.
  • Support information: email address, issue description, feature/version details and any screenshots or other information you voluntarily submit through the report form or email.
  • Service logs: requests to hosted licensing services may produce server and hosting access logs, including IP addresses and request timestamps, for service operation and troubleshooting.

StockFlow's workflow access is limited to supported sites and resources used for its features; it does not require reading your general browser history. Relevant page URLs may be handled in queues and logs.

3. Connected services and processing

Local AI upscaling: bundled AI models process selected images on your device. The upscaling operation does not send those images to a hosted inference service. License checks can still use the network.

AI metadata providers: when you choose Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic or Groq, StockFlow sends the selected image and associated prompt to that provider using your configured credentials. The provider returns generated metadata. Provider charges, retention and processing are governed by that provider's policies.

Ollama: requests go to the endpoint you configure. The default endpoint is local to your computer. If you configure another endpoint, its operator may receive the submitted information.

Google Flow, Canva and Adobe Stock: workflows operate through the relevant website and your signed-in account. Those services receive and handle content under their own policies.

Licensing: activation, verification, session refresh and deactivation communicate with adnantools.com to verify access and manage device limits.

Support: Report opens a Google Form. Submitted reports and attachments are handled through Google's form/storage services. Contact for a License opens Gmail with a prepared message; you choose whether to send it.

4. Why information is used and shared

Information is used to run the workflows you request, deliver image downloads, remember settings, maintain processing progress, verify licenses, enforce device limits, secure the licensing service, troubleshoot errors and respond to support requests.

Information is shared with the services necessary for your chosen workflow, including your selected AI provider, supported websites, the StockFlow licensing service and support service providers. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to address fraud, abuse or security incidents.

We do not sell user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending. Transfers to service providers are limited to operating the described services.

5. Retention

Local settings, credentials and workflow information remain in Chrome extension storage until replaced, cleared through available controls or removed with the extension. Downloaded files remain in your download location until you delete them.

License, device and related service records are retained as needed to administer licenses, enforce device limits, prevent misuse, investigate issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Support submissions are retained as needed to address the request and related follow-up. Retention depends on those purposes rather than a single fixed period for every record.

You may request review or deletion of server-held license and support records by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or unresolved disputes. Deactivation alone does not delete server records. Third-party services control their own retention.

6. Your choices and deletion requests

  • Choose which workflows to run, which images and prompts to process and which AI provider to use.
  • Change or remove saved API keys through the provider settings where supported.
  • Clear workflow information using available extension controls or uninstall the extension to remove its ordinary local extension storage.
  • Delete downloaded images separately from your device.
  • Deactivate a license to release the current device slot. “Forget this installation” is separate and does not itself release a server device slot.
  • Request access, correction or deletion of information held by us at adnantechhub.support@gmail.com. Describe the request and provide enough information to locate the record. Do not email API keys, full license keys or session tokens. We may need to verify your connection to the record.

7. Security

StockFlow uses HTTPS for its hosted license API and supported hosted AI APIs. Optional local Ollama connections may use HTTP. API keys are stored in Chrome local extension storage and are not separately encrypted by StockFlow. Protect your Chrome profile and device, and remove sensitive information before sharing logs or screenshots.

No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Avoid submitting secrets or unnecessary personal information in images, prompts and support reports.
